Events

For corporate events or other kind of events such as an openings, conferences, seminars, concerts, festivals, fairs,…

  • 150€* for the first hour**

  • 100€* for each additional hour

If the event takes place after 21h00, an extra fee may apply.

If your event takes more than 4 hours, please scroll down to see the prices for full/half day events.

Portraits

You are starting your business and would like a professional looking photo? You have a company and would like headshots of each of your staff? Or maybe you just wish to have some professional looking photos for yourself?

  • 100€* for each additional hour on location and for each additional person

  • Make up and accessories are not included. However, if you would like to benefit from the service of a professional make up artist***, an extra fee of 50€* will be added.

Full/Half day events

For full/half day corporate events or other kind of events such as an openings, conferences, seminars, festivals, fairs, concerts,…

  • 500€* between 15h and 20h

  • 600€* between 20h and 00h

  • 850€* for a full day 15h - 00h

Images delivered in 3 opening days. If you would like to receive them the following day or a few during the event, please contact me so we can discuss it depending on your needs.

  • Photography takes time to learn and master. What you see today in my portfolio is the result of years of training. Photograhers also invest a lot into equipments and accessories that need to be upgraded, replaced or bought for special projects. Editing and retouching, regardless of how long they take to learn, also have a cost in subscriptions, softwares, etc.

    For all of these reasons, I do not work for free, for my “portfolio” (except on my own projects) or at a discounted rate (except for packages). However, I always try to give you the best possible service.

  • Of coure something might always go wrong for reasons that escape our control. However, by hiring me or any professional photographer, you can be assured that the work delivered will reach a certain level of professionalism. From the moment you contact me to the moment you receive your photos, I will do my best to accommodate all your needs and provide you with the best service possible.

    The images delivered will mostly reach 4000x6000px in resolution. Of course depending on the nature of the shoot as well as the need or creative choice to crop an image, the resolution could be slightly inferior. Every images will always be suitable for most of your uses online.

  • A professional photographer will always apply some level of retouching and editing to his/her pictures before delivering them to the clients. This is one of the things that make your photos look professional.

    These edits and retouches vary from basic colours adjustments to in-depth skin retouches.

  • Currently, I work using mainly a Sony αIII. Using this camera ensures that you get professional pictures with a high resolution that fits most of our needs. The choice of lenses, strobes, or other equipments depends on the nature and modalities of each shoot.

    For the edits I rely mainly on the use of Lightroom and Photoshop.

  • My main focus is on digital photography. However, if for creative reasons, of if you would just like to have some analog images in addition to the digital ones, it is possible to include it for an additional fee (price of the chosen film stock on the day of the shoot, price of development and time).

    I do not provide analog shoots as a main service.

  • You may use the pictures for any personal purpose (private photo book, social media, print for your own non-commercial use, website, event-related marketing, promotional use, etc.). However, I retain the coryight to the images and I am therefore allowed to post them on my website, portfolios (online and printed), social medias.

    If for some reasons, in order to protect the anonymity of the guests, or if some guests would like not to be included in the images, please let me know prior to the event so we can discuss it and take any adequate measures.

  • Usually, I am as discreet as possible during the events. Of course I will have to move around to take pictures and, therefore, I might end up seen on some of your (our your guests) pictures and videos.

    I try not to be to be noticeable le so I can freely move and take pictures without being directly noticed. However, instead a dress code is specifically discussed, I will dress in my own style. Depending on the nature of the event, it might be (business) casual or formal but usually always comfortable so I can move around easily.

  • I invite you to have a look at my portfolio. The images during an event will reflect the style of my previous work. Usually, this means that the pictures will be natural but edited as to make them impactful on the viewer. The editing includes basic adjustments which will make a huge difference compared to amateur photography.

    You can usually expect:

    • Candid shots

    • Informal group pictures (on request of guests ≠ from group pictures with every guests which must be agreed on before the event if possible to offer you the best images possible)

    • Ambiance shots

    For any other request please let me know prior to the event.

  • Not usually. I believe that natural looking images often reflect better the atmosphere of the moment. However, I do have a flash at my disposal which can be used in badly lit environments for informal group portraits “or at/and with” the express approval of the organiser.

    If the organiser does not want the use of the flash and that the room/environment is to dim, you can expect some normal degree of “noise” onto the image. Some group pictures might also look more “flat”.

  • Unfortunately no. Wedding photography is a speciality in itself. However, many photographers are specialised in this field.

  • I deliver my pictures throug the use of an online gallery from which you ca download the pictures. A PIN code is required to download a batch of pictures. The gallery will remain online for 3 months after which an extension or republishing fee will be asked.
